Kent Davis is an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Business Executive Leadership. Davis has spent 25 years in manufacturing, including industries such as Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Metals, and Plastics Manufacturing. Davis has held positions ranging from Engineering to Business Executive Leadership as well as combined responsibilities. Davis has worked in and with international business markets, organizational change management, strategic leadership, asset stewardship and Industry 4.0. Davis has worked in the public sector and private as well, supporting manufacturing through Operational Excellence and Manufacturing Reliability, including asset stewardship, asset refresh, and capital investments. Davis has spent time in in Europe and Germany helping OEM’s on new products to support several different manufacturing platforms. Davis has also been associated with the reversal of pipeline gas flow, construction of 35 miles of a natural gas pipeline header that takes in additional natural gas sources from multiple customers, and construction of multiple natural gas compressor stations that delivers natural gas to one of the largest LNG facilities in Texas. Davis has constructed two greenfield manufacturing facilities in Paris Texas. One of which was plastics manufacturing, the other a steel pipe manufacturing facility. Davis has spent his career helping organizations reach peak performance through strategic change management.
Kent is a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt and has helped multiple organizations in successful implementations of LSS strategies and is now helping develop the future of new Engineers by providing them the opportunity to learn business, R&D, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Therefore, giving back to the future of the American manufacturing systems in the United States. He also holds multiple certifications such as, Inductive Automation Ignition Core Certified and Texas Department of Public Safety Security Certified, along with many more.
In 2023, Davis was mentioned in the article “Improving Efficiency Through Automation with SCADA,” published in Control Engineering Magazine due to the design, construction, and implementation of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and SPC (Statistical Process Control) systems within American SpiralWeld Pipe Company. Davis has mastered machine connectivity (Industry 4.0) and driving real-time data acquisition to utilize in reflecting machine downtime, facility uptime, OEE, Quality, and Process Control. Thus, utilizing these attributes to ensure clients manufacturing facilities are performing at peek efficiency. Therefore, driving increase in productivity and marginally higher quality of product than American’s competitors in the marketplace.
Lastly, Davis is a board member of the Arizona Missions Resource organization that serves to provide health, education, clean water access, and sanitation project in Africa and surrounding areas. Thus, giving back and helping those less fortunate.
Emily Fruth is a 2022 graduate of Austin College with a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in environmental studies and art and a Master's in Biology with an emphasis in Education. Emily not only runs the back side of Reliable but also serves as an Adjunct Biology Professor. Fruth has a vast knowledge and experience in laboratory and field research where she has performed alongside professors and peers. Thus, Fruth has published two scientific research papers related to hibernation in major scientific journals.
Throughout Emily's career she has gained experience in sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, and communications. She is able to utilize these experiences in ensuring Reliable Communication Solutions exceeds customer satisfaction and ensures proper customer and business communication is upheld as paramount. Emily drives for excellence in our marketing strategy and providing information and communications needed for our clients.
